AFTER TAKE OFF AIR/GND FAIL MSG. SELECTED GEAR UP WITH NO GEAR RETRACTION.    UPON INSPECTION FOUND NLG WOW SWITCH NO MAKING GAP WITH TARGET. ADJUSTED GAP ON NLG WOW SWITCH AND TARGET IAW AMM 32-63-05. OPS CHECK GOOD. PERFORMED GEAR SWINGS IAW AMM 32-30-00.  OPS CHECK GOOD.
