NOSE GEAR DID NOT RETRACT DURING TAKEOFF. MAIN GEAR WAS GREEN BUT NOSE GEAR WENT RED AND HEARD TRIPLE CHIMEWITH LANDING GEAR DISAGREE.   FACT  15MAY26  18:48  ROA   R+R BOTH NLG UPLOCK PROX SWITCHES PER AMM 32-61-01.  NO FIX. T/S PER FIM 32-32-00-810-802A. FOUND NLG UPLOCK BOX AT FAULT (FIM BLOCKS 1-15) R+R NLG UPLOCK BOX IAW AMM 32-33-07 THROUGH INSTALLATION STEP K(2)..  COMPLETED INSTALLATION OF NLG UPLOCK BOX IAW AMM 32-33-07. OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD.  OK FOR SERVICE
