FO AIRSPEED REMAINS AT ZERO DURING TAKEOFF ROLL. ON TAKEOFF ROLL SPS ADV MESSAGE ON EICAS. ABORTED TAKEOFF TWICE.    PERFORMED ADC 1 AND ADC 2 LEAK CHECK IAW AMM 34-13-00-790-802-A MULTIPLE TIMES. NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRSPEED AND ALT INDICATIONS CHECKED GOOD ON PFD 1 AND 2 USING BOTH ADCS COULD NOT DUPLICATE DISCREPACY ACFT GOOD FOR SERVICE
