STRONG EXHAUST FUMES INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF AIRCRAFT.   FOUND DUCT ON HEAT EXCHANGER LEAKING.  R & R HEAT EXCHANER DUCT IAW MM 21-51-00, OPS CHKD GOOD .
