## Discrepancy

DURING CLIMB FLAP FAIL AT 0DEG 3MINS AFTER BEING STOWED,  ON CLIMB SELECTED FLAP 9 TO 0 AND FLAPS STOWED AT 3,000FT. APPROX 3MINS LATER AT 8,000FT FLAP FAILED. FLAP RT TRANSMISSION FAILED CMC MSGS, 1 OCCURANCE.  CMC RT TRANSMISSION FAIL. T/S IAW FIM 27-51-00-810-817-A BLOCK DIAGRAM 2 STEP 1,13. RESET FLAP SYSTEM AND FLAP FAIL MSG CHANGED TO FLAP LOW SPEED. SEE LP378949 SEQ 1 FOR MEL.FLAP LOW SPEED MSG W/ FLAP RT MOTOR BRAKE FAIL CMC MSG  FLAP CHANNELS.  DURING CLIMB FLAP LOW SPEED MSG W/ FLAP RT MOTOR BRAKE FAIL CMC MSG.   R&R FLAP ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT IAW AMM 27-53-02. OPS CHECK GOOD, OK FOR SERVICE AT THIS TIME.
