## Discrepancy

CAPTAIN'S WINDSHIELD HEAT WIRING SHORTED IN FLIGHT FOR APPROXIMATELY 4 SECONDS AT WINDSHIELD TERMINAL BLOCK, FOLLOWED BY WINDSHIELD INNER PLY CRACKING.  REPAIRED WIRING AND REPLACED WINDSHIELD.
