WARNING HORN SOUNDED ON TAKE-OFF ROLL.  FOUND FLAP NEEDLE AT BOTTOM OF ARC BUT STILL IN WHITE AERA.  CYCLED FLAPS 5-15-5, OPS CHECK GOOD.
