## Discrepancy

DURING CRUISE AT 26000 FT,  RT WINDSCREEN INNER PANE SHATTERED.  HEAT WAS ON SINCE TAKEOFF.  NO LOSS OF PRESSURE AS OUTER PANE HELD.
