PILOT REPORTED ENGINE CHIP LIGHT.  MECHANIC FOUND ENGINE MAGNETIC CHIP DETECTOR HAD METAL PARTICLES WHICH EXCEDED ALLOWABLE LIMIT IN SIZE.  MECHANIC REMOVED ENGINE AND INSTALLED LIKE PN ENGINE, SN CAE834274.  (AL05200402908)
