AVIONIC MASTER SWITCH FAILED IN FLIGHT, CREW USED ALTERNATE MASTER (BACKUP). MAINTENANCE PLACE THE SWITCH AND RETURNED THE SWITCH AND RETURNED THE AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE.
