CREW REPORTED AVIONICS MASTER SWITCH TRIPPED ONCE DURING FLIGHT.  MX REMOVED AND REPLACED CIRCUIT BREAKER SWITCH.  SYS CHECKS OK.  ACFT RELEASED BACK TO SERVICE.
