WHILE TURNING TO LINE UP WITH RUNWAY CENTERLINE, DIFFICULT TO TURN ACFT RT.  ACFT ONLY TURNED TO THE LT.  INSPECTION OF LT MLG FOUND WHEEL ASSEMBLY LEANED AGAINST LG.  FURTHER INSPECTION FOUND LG AXLE TO BE CRACKED.
