## Discrepancy

PILOT REPORTED ON DESCENT CREW HATCH OPENED FWD SAFETY LATCH PREVENTED IT FROM OPENING COMPLETELY.  VISUALLY INSPECTED CREW DOOR.  CLEANED & LUBRICATED LOCKING MECHANISM.  NO DEFECTS FOUND.  OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD.
