## Discrepancy

PILOT REPORTED LT PROPELLER SPEED ERRATIC & DIFFICULT TO CONTROL.  PERFORMED A RUN UP & PROP RIGGING FOR FULL POWER, CLIMB POWER RPM CHECK.  THE REPLACED & OPERATIONALLY CHECKED THE PROP GOVERNOR WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
