PILOT REPORTED WING LOCKER LT SIDE OPENED IN FLIGHT.  INSPECTED LATCH OF LT WING LOCKER WITH NO DEFECTS FOUND.  REMOVED LATCH COVER, INSPECTED ALL PINS & RODS, INSPECTED HINGES, INSPECTED SAFETY LATCH WITH NO DEFECTS FOUND.
