PILOT REPORTED THE LT WING LOCKER OPENED DURING FLIGHT.  INSPECTED THE LT WING LOCKER DOOR & LATCH ASSEMBLY WITH NO DEFECT NOTED.  OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD.
