PILOT REPORTED FUEL SMELL IN COCKPIT WITH CABIN HEAT ON IN FLIGHT.  OPERATIONS CHECKED HEATER SYS & CHECKED FOR FUEL LEAKS & FUEL SMELL, COULD NOT DUPLICATE IAW MM 21-40-00.
