DURING OTHER UNSCHEDULED MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION OF ENGINE HYDRAULIC LIFTER ON THE RIGHT ENGINE, THE NR 4 CYLINDER WAS FOUND PITTED.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LIFTER IAW MM 72-40-09
