## Discrepancy

DURING A ROUTINE INSPECTION, A CRACK WAS LOCATED AT RIB AT RT WS 106.79.  THE CRACK ORIGINATED FROM A LOCK FASTENER.  REPAIRED IAW MAINTENANCE MANUAL.
