DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION ONE BOLT ON THE LEFT MAIN GEAR WHEEL ASSEMBLY WAS FOUND TO BE SHEARED OFF. THE WHEEL ASSEMBLY WAS REPLACED WITH NO ADDITIONAL DEFECTS NOTED
