## Discrepancy

THE PILOT REPORTED A BURNING SMELL DURING CLIMB OUT.  MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND FOUND THE HEATER BLOWER INOPERATIVE.  THIS WAS REPLACED WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
