## Discrepancy

PILOT REPORTED BURNING ELECTRICAL SMELL AFTER TAKE OFF. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND FOUND THE INSTRUMENT FAN HARD TO TURN. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE FAN WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
