## Discrepancy

DURING SCHEDULED INSPECTION A CRACK WAS VISUALLY IDENTIFIED ON THE LEFT HAND CROSSOVER BEAM (OEM: 5654104-11) FORWARD FACE. THIS CRACK MEASURES APPROXIMATELY 1.375 INCHES LONG AND IS CONSISTENT WITH OTHER CRACKS VISUALLY IDENTIFIED ON THESE BEAMS IN THE PAST. THIS BEAM HAS BEEN CHANGED USING NEW PARTS.
