## Discrepancy

DURING SCHEDULED WING FITTING INSPECTION, A SMALL AREA OF CORROSION WAS VISUALLY IDENTIFIED ON THE LEFT HAND FORWARD UPPER WING ATTACH FITTING. THIS CORROSION MEASURES APPROXIMATELY .500 INCHES LONG, .125 INCHES WIDE, AND .020 INCHES DEEP ON THE TOP FACE OF THE FITTING. THIS CORROSION IS CONSISTENT WITH OTHER AREAS OF CORROSION VISUALLY IDENTIFIED ON THESE FITTINGS IN THE PAST. THIS FITTING HAS BEEN REMOVED AND REPLACED USING NEW PARTS.
