## Discrepancy

ON FINAL DECENT, CREW REPORTED FLAP MALFUNCTION ( SPLIT FLAPS ). PILOT DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL.  MX FOUND (1) OF (2) FLAP EXTEND CABLES BROKEN.  MX R & R BOTH EXTEND AND RETRACT CABLES.
