DISCREPANCY: L1 DOOR SLIDE INADVERTANLY DEPLOYED.  CORRECTIVE ACTION: LOGPAGE # 34538 REMOVED AND REPLACED L1 DOOR SLIDE IAW AMM 25-61-35. INSPECTED NO DEFECTS NOTED.
