NO PRESSURIZATION DURING CLIMB OUT.  SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION, PERFORMED OPERATIONAL TEST ON PRESSURIZATION SYSTEM, TEST FAILED.  REPLACED SELECTOR PANEL, PERFORMED AGAIN OPERATIONAL TEST ON PRESSURIZATION SYSTEM, TEST OK.  ALL MAINTENANCE ACTION IAW AMM 21-31-00.
