RIGHT ENGINE START VALVE INOPERABLE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT ENGINE STARTER CONTROL VALVE IAW AMM 80-11-02.  PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK IAW AMM 70-00-00/201 SATISFACTORY.
