DISCREPANCY: RT ENGINE STARTER CUTOUT "VALVE" LIGHT STAYED. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED AND REPLACED RT ENGINE STARTER VALVE, IAW AMM 80-11-02.  LEAK CHECK AND OPERATIONS CHECK OK.
