DISCREPANCY: WX RADAR INOPERABLE.  TRR FAIL INDICATION.  GOOD TEST PATTERN BUT NO RETURNS.  CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED AND REPLACED WX RT, IAW AMM 34-43-01.  GROUND OPERATIONS CHECK NORMAL.
