DISCREPANCY: R BLEED OFF DURING CLIMB AFTER ENG ICE ON.
CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED AND REPLACED #2 ENGINE INLET THERMAL ANTI-ICE VALVE AS PER AMM 30-21-03. OPERATIONAL TEST NORMAL.
