AIRCRAFT LANDED IN KSA WITH APU GENERATOR INOPERATIVE. UNABLE TO MEL DUE TO NO GROUND POWER UNIT AND NO AIRSTART UNIT AVAILABLE IN KOSRAE. AIRCRAFT AOG, SENT RESCUE FLIGHT WITH PARTS AND TECHNICIAN. REMOVED AND REPLACED APU GENERATOR, OPS CHECK NORMAL.
