## Discrepancy

ELASTOMERIC PORTION OF BEARING COMPLETELY DEBONDED FROM BASE.  FOUND AT ROUTINE INSPECTION.   BEARING IS ONE OF A BATCH OF DEFECTIVE BEARINGS MANUFACTURED BEFORE 1998.  RECOMMEND THAT BEARINGS BE BONDED WITH BETTER MATERIALS OR ADHESIVE.
