## Discrepancy

LANDING GEAR HANDLE WOULD NOT MOVE UP AFTER T/O ALL AOM, QRH PROCEDURES FOLLOWED, AIR TURN BACK.  FOUND MLG INLOCK CYLINDER STICKING REMOVED AND REPLACED CYLINDER.
