DURING C INSPECTION, APU RT DOOR NR 3 LATCH CUTOUT FOUND ELONGATED.  SKIN IS REPAIRED IAW SRM 52-40-01, FIG 201. REPAIR 5, REV 67.  MAJOR REPAIR.
