DURING PUSH BACK,  RECEIVED LEVEL 1 ALERT FOR CABIN DOOR FWD L.  RESULTED IN BLOCK TURN BACK.  FOUND CABLE DRUMS OUT OF ALIGNMENT. ALIGNED DRUMS AND REPLACED DRIVE CHAINS IAW AMM 52-11-02.
