EXTRACTED PIN 5 AND PIN 38 GROUND STILL EXIST. SUSPECT WIRE IS SHORTED TO GND. ORDERED SUBSEQUENT HARWARE. T/S COORDINATED WITH TECH SUPPORT.  OPEN.
