AIR TURNBACK-AFTER TAKEOFF WHEN FLAPS AND SLATS RETRACTED LEVEL 2 ALERT AIL DEFLECT DISAGREE ALERT DISPLAYED. RAN QRH PROCEDURE, NO HELP, ALERT REMAINED. AIRCRAFT HAD ROLL LEFT TENDENCY.  T/S PER FIM 27-10-05 FIG 107. FOUND RH OUTBD DEFLECTION VALUE OUT OF RANGE. R&R ACTUATOR PER AMM 27-16-02. FUNCTIONAL TEST OK PER AMM 27-16-00. THIS CLEARS DEFERRAL. PLACARD REMOVED.
