ENTRY DOOR SLIDE WARNING ALARM ACTIVATED PASSING 20000' AND REMAIN ON UNTIL PASSING 14000 CHECKED RIG OF DOOR UNLOCK LIMIT SWITCH 9WN PER AMM 52-73-13. NO DEFECTS FOUND. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF SLIDE RELEASE WARNING SYSTEM IAW AMM 52-73-00. OPS NORMAL AT THIS TIME.
