## Discrepancy

EMERGENCY DECLARED,  CABIN ALTITUDE WARNING EICAS ABOVE 100 MSL. A/C @ FL 210/CABIN ALT 11500/ WARNINGS OCCURRED WITH BOTH PACKS RUNNING. REMOVED AND REPLACED #2 AUTO CABIN CONTROL UNIT IAW AMM 21-31-02. OPS CHECK GOOD, PLACARD REMOVED.
