## Discrepancy

TEE FITTING AT BS 1147, RBL 65 SHOWS SIGNS OF LIGHT CORROSION.  REMOVED THE DAMAGED TEE FITTING IAW SRM 51-40-02.  INSTALLED NEW TEE FITTING P/N: UP-149N7222-69 BETWEEN BS 1147 RBL 65 IAW SRM 51-40-02-OG.
