ATB,  FWD CARGO DOOR NOT CLOSED ON ECAM AFTER TAKEOFF . COULD NOT PRESSURIZE THE AIRCRAFT. FWD CARGO DOOR VERIFIED TO BE CLOSED AND LATCHED. DEFERRED FWD CARGO DOOR INDICATION REF: MEL 52-71-01-2. PLACARD INSTALLED, DMP C/W. PRESSURIZATION CHECKS NORMAL.  ACCOMPLISHED DOOR WARNING SWITCHES ADJ/TEST REF: A300 AMM 52-71-00/501.  FOUND EXCESSIVE CLEARANCE AT SWITCH (14WS).  ADDED SHIMS.  OPS CHECKS NORMAL.  OK FOR SERVICE.
