CREW ENTRY DOOR PLUNGER HANDLE PLASTIC COVER PLATE IS BROKEN AND WILL NOT STAY DOWN. SAFETY DOOR LATCH HANDLE COVER DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE BROKEN.  COVER CLOSES AND COVERS HANDLE AS INTENDED IAW 52-12-02.
