MAIN ENTRY DOOR LEVER WILL NOT CLOSE WHEN DOOR IS SHUT. FOUND EXTERIOR DOOR HANDLE NOT FLUSH WHEN DOOR IS CLOSED. CLEANED DEBRIS FROM EXTERIOR DOOR HANDLE PAWL AND PERFORMED OPS CHECK PER AMM 52-11-26-710-801. OPS CHECK GOOD. DOOR CLOSES AND LOCKS SMOOTHLY AT THIS TIME.
