HOLES IN REINFORCING PLATE P/N: A57244651203 UNDERLYING STRUCTURE LOOKING FWD FOUND HOLE DIAMETER TO BE AT 0.250" 35(EA) WITH SHORT EDGE DISTANCE (1.5D). IT WAS FOUND OUT OF LIMITS.    INSTALLED NEW REINFORCING PLATE P/N A57244651203 IAW SRM 51-40-21-001 AND SRM 57-51-11, FIG. 4.
