AIR TURN BACK, ENG 2 LOOP B FAULT AFTER DEPARTURE. TRANSIENT INDICATION REF. ASM 26-12-00. AT 26WD, NR 2 ENGINE B NACELLE DETECTOR, FOUND 17VDC FROM TERMINAL A-C. FOUND CERAMIC INSULATOR CONTAMINATED. REPLACED 26WD IAW MM 26-12-12/401. RECHECKED VOLTAGE AT 26WD FOUND 20 VDC, NO ALARMS PRESENT. TESTS GOOD.
