EMERGENCY DECLARED, AIRSPEED UNRELIABLE INDICATIONS DURING CLIMBOUT. FLT CREW REPORTS AIRSPEED DROPPED OFF DURING CLIMB OUT. FOUND LT ADC FAULTING DUE TO LT & RT EEC EICAS MSG'S AND EEC FAULT CODES RELATING TO ADC FAULTS.  R & R LT ADC WITH A SERVICEABLE UNIT IAW AMM 34-12-01. OPS CK GOOD. SYSTEM OK FOR CONTINUED SVC AT THIS TIME.
