## Discrepancy

AIR TURN BACK,  FIRST OFFICER'S SEAT ELECTRICAL POWER SHORTED OUT AND SMOKE ODOR IN COCKPIT.  MANUAL SYSTEM HARD TO OPERATE.  FOUND POWER CABLE OF F/O SEAT DAMAGED. REPLACED F/O SEAT IAW AMM 25-11-01, PB 401, REV 50. OPS TEST SATIS.
