FOUND MAIN DECK SIDE CARGO DOOR LATCH ACTUATOR CAN NOT GET THE CORRECT NUMBER OF FREE TURNS AND SLIP WHEN THE TORQUE IS BELOW 70 IN-LB. (REPLACE).  I.A.W. AMM 52-32-09-404-010 REV.50 STEP 3.A~H INSTALL THE LATCH ACTUATOR.  I.A.W. AMM 52-32-09-404-010 REV.50 STEP 3.I ADJUSTMENT THE LATCH ACTUATOR AND OPERATIONAL TEST NORMAL.
