## Discrepancy

EMERGENCY DECLARED.   DURING CRUISE WING AND ENGINE ANTI ICE ON,CAUTION BLEED #2 FOLLOWED BY 1,3,4 RAN CHECKLIST,  DID NOT CORRECT SITUATION HAD TO DESENTED NO PRESSURIZATION.  FOUND THE SLEEVE BETWEEN PACK #2 TCV AND ACM BROKEN AND TWO HOLES,REPLACED SLEEVE BETWEEN PACK #2 TCV AND ACM IAW AMM 21-51-47,PACK 2 CH-A &B GROUND TEST PASS AND NO LEAKS. 3.PERFORMED ENG-1, ENG-2, ENG-3, ENG-4FAMV GROUND TEST IAW AMM36-11-00-740-802,ALL TEST PASS.
